recipe: asparagus wrapped in goat cheese and prosciutto
10-15 stalks of blanched asparagus (see martha’s recipe for blanching here)
4-6oz goat cheese
10-15 thinly sliced prosciutto
spread a thin layer of goat cheese on a slice of prosciutto and wrap around each slice of asparagus. repeat.
